ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS :
TK International Group accepts electronic art in EPS, TIFF File in PC format and camera ready art work. All art must be black and white. Please do not send art with half tones. (Please note that whatever is provided in black will be engraved/imprinted.)

CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations will be accepted only if the order has not been put into production. Customers are responsible for all costs incurred up to the time of cancellations.

CLAIMS:
Damaged merchandise or shortages must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of order.


DISCLAIMER:
We cannot guarrantee the exact color or shade of finished product between order. Although it is very rare, it is possible for an item to be of a slightly different color or shade from one order to the next.

PATENTS, COYPRIGHTS, AND TRADEMARKS:
Orders produced to customer's specifications requrie the purchaser to assume all liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for any infringements.

SPEC SAMPLES:
Charge for spec samples is $40.00(v) plus cost of item & set up charge. If order is approved, set up charge will not have to be paid again.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Net 30 days with approved credit. We accept Visa and Master Card.

PRODUCTION TIME:
Standard production is 5~7 business days depending on item and availability.

RETURNS:
Merchandise cannot be returned without approval. No merchandise will be accepted after 30days from receipt. All merchandise must be returned in their original packaging with all instructions and all appropriate materials included.

RIGHT TO PROMOTION :
We reserve the right to use all logos in our displays and advertising unless we are notified in writing at the time the order is placed.

SAMPLES:
All samples are billed at EQP. Please provide UPS,DHL or Fed-Ex account numbers for all shipments.

SET UP CHARGES:
There is no set up charge for repeat orders. All art is kept for at least 2 years. Any change to art will incur a new set up charge $50.00(v).
